- Job Position Management (HR System)
- A new module under the HR System for managing organizational roles

- Admins can create, edit, search, and delete job positions independently of employee profiles

- Each role includes an AI Persona for describing responsibilities and behavioral expectations

- AI Personas can be generated automatically or written manually
- Employees can be assigned to multiple job positions

- Job positions are searchable by name or assigned employees
- Leave Settings

- Leave Carry Over: New configuration allows unused leave to be carried over across cycles
- Leave Proration: Leave entitlement is now allowed to be prorated based on employee start date

- Leave balance updates instantly upon onboarding for prorated cycles
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where users could not load all projects in the system
