- AI Summary for Time Log
AI Summary is now available in the Time Log module for supported users and time periods with screenshots.
- Automated insights generated from tracked screenshots, including:
- Daily activity breakdown
- Top-used software
- Primary work categories (e.g., coding, documentation)
- Idle time estimation
- Workload classification per user as:
- Underworking
- Balanced
- Overworking
- Breakdowns available in:
- Daily Report (individual view)
- Weekly and Monthly aggregated views
- Visual labels and tooltips help contextualize logged hours (e.g., <6 hrs = Underworking)
2. Task Report
- Task Report Tab: Displays aggregated task-level tracking data across users and projects
- Staff Report: Added pop-up showing breakdown of time spent per task
- Project Report: Enhanced to include task-level time contribution per employee
Bug Fixes
- Fixed duplicate leave date issue when two 0.5-day leaves overlap.
Other Updates
- Implemented detailed email event logging via Amazon SNS for improved tracking.
