  • Send Reports to Third Parties
    Share project time reports with external stakeholders like clients via secure links—great for agencies or service teams who need to validate work done.
  • Track the Full Approval History
    See who submitted, reviewed, approved, or rejected each report with a dedicated Time Log History Page.
  • Role-Based Access Control
    Only authorized users can take action on shared reports, keeping approvals consistent and secure.
  • Built-in Safeguards
    Expired reports, locked actions post-decision, and confirmation messages prevent mistakes and maintain data integrity.
